Do I have to pay sales tax?

We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped or billed within California. The tax rate is 8.75%. Orders shipped anywhere outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping & Returns

Has my order shipped?

You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped; if tracking information is available it will be provided in the email as well. CoreCarParts.com has fast order processing which usually takes up to 1-2 business day from purchase.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order please send us an email request as soon as possible, someone will get back to you within an hour of your email request if sent during business hours, otherwise someone will get back to you the next business day. Please note that for custom orders, canceling may not always be possible if work has already been performed. Also, due to our fast processing times, some orders may not be cancelled if it has already been processed and shipped.

How do I return my order?

• All opened returns are subject to a 15% restocking/processing fee.

• Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.

• Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to CORECarParts.com on returned items, and CORECarParts.com will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

• All products returned MUST be 100% complete

  • Contain ALL original boxes and packing materials

  • Have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes

  • Contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.

• CORE Car Parts offers a 30-day return policy on all unopened items.

• CORE Car Parts recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged. (For your protection use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.)

  • To prevent any dissatisfaction or returns CORE Car Parts offers free sales support to ensure you are getting the product you desire. Please contact us with any questions you may have prior to purchasing.

Acceptance of Product

If your order arrives in a damaged box please do not accept it from the carrier, all orders shipped by CORECarParts.com are fully insured. If you accepted a damaged order please make sure to keep all original packaging to be examined by the carrier. CORECarParts.com will work with the carrier company to ensure a timely replacement for your order.
